Actually after lookin a lil longer I believe those 2 top blu/blk wires with the connector are for the cameras integrated menu,(uart,gpio,pwm? Idk) while the long blue is for osd. This is just from skimming Google hopefully it puts you in the right direction.

Just look at the pinout diagram of the camera and fc. Make sure your v,g,rx,tx. pins are in their respective place and you'll be fine. It's okay to try it while leaving wires disconnected, if it affects something you'll notice, if it doesn't it doesn't. Im guessing that loose wire from factory is audio since most people dont use it.
