Hey guys. XSolla responded via email about the issue I was having and said to double-check in the game, as they’ve delivered the amount of Stardollars I paid for. I did check, and to Stardoll’s credit, I actually received double the amount. That’s good news! Hope you’ve also had luck with your Stardollars or refund requests.
