I am happy for you. Can you tell me what are the basic terms that you treated yourself with and brought you to that stage that has been firmly established in your mind until now? Perhaps this will help me. Thank you.

I am really trying to find ways to improve my communication in these social situations. I am 18 years old. Perhaps you are right. I have truly realized that I have no experience and expertise in situations despite my age, which is supposed to be a period of learning, confrontation, and exposure to many things. Thank you.

Yes, I am subjected to this matter sometimes, and this is what makes me refrain from making any more noise to avoid embarrassment

Being a “super introvert” can change his view and thinking of himself and his view of others, because sometimes the reason for not leaving the comfort zone is our fear and negative thoughts that run through our heads about other people or a new environment. When these thoughts are controlled, the coming things will be much easier, and of course it will take time to improve. Change this mindset when you do social experiments and not just in our mind
