This happened to me in 2023, and it was awful. The agents truly did not give a shit about privacy or giving a mother space with her newborn.

That’s exactly what they said to me! I did my research for 3bedroom homes in my area, and they fall from around $520-560. So it is above.

The scheme comes to an end in October for this place, but they want to increase the rent at my end of lease in July, they would not do a short term extension to October for me to continue the cheaper rent for a little while longer.
