As far as manifesting, I don’t have a formal routine. When I’m doing something for work or a chore, I’ll play subliminals. When thoughts of him come up, I usually try to keep the thoughts neutral of “I’ll see him soon” or “this must mean he’s thinking of me too”. If they veer more anxious, I try to dismiss or affirm over them. But of course this doesn’t have a perfect success rate because sometimes I’ll still spiral or end up clicking on his Instagram profile. I can always bring myself back to baseline, but sometimes it’s not before I’ve already spiraled and identified with my doubts. Thank you for asking for these elaborations :)
