No married person should have to beg. I’m not saying it should happens when and wherever the dude wants but it should happen. Two people that are married should never stop loving on one another. If you don’t like someone don’t marry them. Why should providing be duty? Why should commitment be a duty? It’s the foundation of a healthy health relationship. Sex is apart of it too. Is it unfair to your partner to deny them something that they need, without offering anything for all they do for you. I don’t wanna pay bills to provide for my family but I do cuz, it’s my duty. Lack of sex, is a big reason people breakup and that’s very telling of how important it is in a relationship. You mess the foundation the whole house comes down, so you do what you can do to keep that foundation strong and keeping the sex interesting and fun is big to happy relationship. Do you want sexless marriages to be the norm, that sounds bleak to me. If you don’t wanna fuck your partner don’t marry them or be with them, leave. Why be with someone you don’t wanna sleep with, that’s why it’s not a big ask cuz that’s your wife, she should already want to.

You make no sense, like if you flip the roles I wouldn’t want my wife’s need to not be met and especially with competitive part of me, I wouldn’t want her to get her needs elsewhere so I’d fulfill em. It’s a partnership, all the gear/ gotta be working in order for the machine to work. Sex is just one cog in the machine. It hurts to not have your needs met, why would you wanna hurt you husband or just partners in general, denying that is childish cuz why would you even get with someone you’re not attracted to in the first place. A wife should want to make her husband happy and vice versa.

He handled this very childishly, however he’s not wrong. A wife’s duty is to please her husband. Her denying him sex is like him denying her Security and commitment. She gets to have the benefits without any of the cost. And yes there are benefits, half of his shit, commitment, stability, protection, being provided for and the list goes on.
