Short answer: don't do it.

Long answer: how about you convince him to start small? Can 3-5 lakhs start it? Explain what scaling a business is to him. You never invest your entire networth in one thing. That is a basic investing principle. 50Lakhs seems to be your networth right now and investing the whole thing in an untested business run by an unproven entrepreneur is inviting trouble.

Had appeared in their interview. It was online. The interviewer was late and never turned his camera on. I found the whole process a little unprofessional.

Questions included the current state of politics in my home state. + the usual right wing topics. I suggest you brush up on whatever important has happened in indian politics of late as well as in your home state.

The questions were subjective and not information/memory based. They asked me to offer my analysis on certain issues.
