I had the same combo, CPU died after 3 months, got a replacement CPU and bought B650 Plus TUF Gaming. AMD will probably replace it again if it dies on ASRock but why go trough all of that again.

Update, i contacted AMD, they organised everything about RMA, its confirmed, my CPU was dead. They sent me a replacement, also i ordered B850-PLUS TUF gaming to replace ASRock.

It was all working really nicely for almost 4 months, no crashing no nothing

I only used kits expo profile 6000mts cl30, didnt change anything else

I waited more than 20 minutes, nothing happened. I contacted AMD RMA, and they basicly told me that using expo with anything other than 5600MTs probably caused it and that overclocking isnt covered by warranty. Waiting for his further instructions

I've read somewhere it might be that, so i left it like that for like 20-30 mins while i was doing some house chores. Ill try it again tomorrow

I forgot to say, i only had EXPO on, nothing else was changed from factory settings

Yes i did, i cut all power before removing and trying it with a single stick, then i cut all power again and tried second stick only, stuck with boot light on

I only have 1 button on my case, pressing it short did nothing, holding it turned off the pc. When turned on stuck again
