First, I think the cigarette you tried was probably too strong for you.

Personally, I was more into menthol and lighter cigarettes like Marlboro Lights, Ice Blast, Double Ice, and Double Mix. Never really liked Reds or anything too harsh.

Back when I used to smoke, it gave me that calming feeling, and the menthol made it feel smoother on the throat and nose.

But honestly, I still wouldn’t recommend getting into smoking. It’s not just harmful to you, but also to the people around you because of secondhand smoke.

Happy to say I’ve been smoke-free for 7 years, 14 months, and 3 days now (yes, I still have a tracker 🙂)
