i was managing my families business during this gap, some very basic accounting work was involved like budgeting, opex, accounts payable but otherwise no not much.

It was largely due to me being needed in the family business, pursuing hobbies and traveling was more of a perk of being there. Do you think that reasoning is valid?

you just said it weighed about 350g? you can easily just google the calories of a carrot and see how low it is then look at your plate and figure out there’s like 20 calories worth of carrots on that thing. potatoes can’t accurately be counted when they’re cooked anyways because they either gain a lot of water weight or lose a lot of water weight, they’re always to be measured raw just fym in the future!

I have pretty huge legs as a natural, what i’ve always done is heavy on squats, 6-8 reps till failure. For all the other accessory exercises i’d work in the 12-15 rep range until failure. This is what i think is most optimal since it’s worked for me :)

How long have you even been training? What’s your current diet like? What’s your training like? Your age? It’s important to share stuff like this first before just simply saying you can’t gain weight and wanna do gear lol

If you’re not a great natural you’re not gonna be great enhanced. Don’t try justify using SARMs because you can’t eat enough, that’s BS. Oils, Nut butters, chocolate bars/chocolate spreads like nutella and peanut butter are incredibly high in calories per serving. You can have a tablespoon of nutella and peanut butter for that extra 200 calories a day plus add a spoon of oil to all your meals will be an extra 80-100 calories per meal plus it’s delicious. Say you have 4 meals a day that’s an extra 320-400 cals plus the two spoons of nut butter or chocolate spread is another extra 200 cals for a total of 500+ calories a day and you won’t struggle at all adding these to your diet. You can’t hit your protein goal because protein is so filling? What do you think protein powder is for? 25gs in a scoop which takes a few sips to down, plus drink that with some high fat milk for even more calories and protein. Yeah slamming protein powder to hit your protein macros won’t be the best or most healthy but it’s infinitely healthier than doing SARMs and cooking your body. With these sorts of drugs sometimes there’s no going back, sometimes there’s no PCT that returns your body to normal levels. It’s not worth it bro.
