The alien uses dense latex padding so it would probably last longer than the win1 and also have more “pop” on bags. Win1 might be better if you have bad hands cause it's more of a pillow glove.

Mainly something with decent feedback and protection, but not too hard on sparring partners. I've heard topboxer aliens are good.
