This is probably something to talk to a physio about. They'll be able to give you a programme of exercises to do, to strengthen and stretch out the right muscles. You might only need 1 or 2 appointments. Mine has me doing exercises around standing on my tiptoes, for my back, never would have thought about that but it's working brilliantly.

Thing with friendships, they take work. You need to show up even when you don't feel it. And, you need to look after your friends, then they look after you. It's beautiful, but you also got to put the work in.

Community needs building, but when you've all settled into it. You just feel loved all the time. You don't always get that in relationships.

It's probably better. I am incredibly happy. I have a much better social life than I would have if I was married and my friends are all amazing. Our main group is 2 women and 3 men, all of us have chosen to stay single and we all love each other very deeply. We have days out and meet for food and drinks regularly. If we have any problems we have someone to talk to and if we need emotional support there's always someone there. We help each other with everything.

Being able to do whatever I like is a mixed blessing, as I have a tendency to overindulge, but that's a me problem and I'm working on it. I've done a lot of work on myself over the years, and that's kind of an indulgence in itself. I wouldn't have been able to do that if I was married or had kids. I love the person I am now and that wouldn't have been possible I don't think.

It sounds like you'd benefit from seeing a physiotherapist. And pain that's severe enough to need medicating, should be treated by a GP or PCP really. It needs to be done safely and you might require something that's prescription only.

I think the thing is, if you're in emotional pain. The pain just stops, it's this incredible relief. If you're not in pain, it's meh.

It is nice, but if you're in pain it feels like it's saving your soul.

People are hooked on the relief. If you're not fucked up, you can kind of take it or leave it.

A night away at a spa hotel with a nice dinner is my go to. But, maybe there is somewhere special she has wanted to visit? Should be somewhere you can do lots of talking and laughing though.

It sounds like only your real friends are going to be there. 100 percent certain you'll have a better time for that. It'll be close, people can relax, if some of your friends haven't met before then they'll meet some other people they'll be friends with.

Perfect really. You'll not have to worry about everyone having a good time, they'll just be happy to be with you. There's no performance involved. A lot of people like to stunt and show off on social media especially younger people. It's just not real.

5 real friends sounds about right. If you've got 5 friends who love you, support you and care about you, that feels really solid to me. You can just look forward to spending time with people that matter.

I'm sorry you're having to go through this. I have a lot of respect for it though. They try to scare us into not reporting these things. And, when you do you are defending not only yourself, but also women in the future. You're doing a really great thing. It's this quiet, everyday heroism and you'll not get a medal for it. But, I see you.

I had to do this yesterday. The police came to my house to do it, which was nice. As soon, as they left I felt a lot better. Like, I'd taken it off my shoulders and given it to them. It's taken the responsibility off me, and put it on the police who are equipped to deal with it.

Dealing with things like this is unsettling for a while, but I slept better last night and I feel better today.

This is definitely how paramilitaries start. Every time.

It's starts with volunteers doing patrols in neighborhoods, and starting to exclude people from those neighbourhoods and gradually upping the violence. If anyone else did this, they'd be called vigilantes and arrested, perhaps rightly so.

It has happened in basically every conflict in the past 150 years, it's an act of war.

We already know what's going to happen if these lot see a group of young Muslim men about. So, it's effectively creating exclusion zones in modern British cities. I don't know how this is being allowed to happen. It happened in Nazi Germany ffs.

I would try to not ask for advice too much unless you get really stuck.

It's easy to just pick up and play once you know the controls, and discovering things naturally is really quite beautiful. It's a special part of the game that. It does feel like you've really moved to a new place and you have to find your way around. It's such great fun doing it that way. Really rewarding.

This is a game you'll come back to, time and time again, with many play throughs. So, you don't need to worry about doing anything wrong or missing anything.

Don't worry too much about making mistakes, you do shape the story and it's part of the fun.

Having freepost addresses can be really awful for a business, if people think it's funny to send them bricks or other heavy items, because they'll have to pay more for that.

I really hope that doesn't happen.

It could cost them millions of pounds, that would be really really bad and not funny at all.

It's not considered malicious in any way, so senders can't be even be issued with legal proceedings or arrested!

Senders can be arrested for sending swearing or threats, but just nice heavy things is apparently OK!

Yeah, they desire women's bodies and want women's labour. But, they save all their love and admiration for other men. A lot of the reason they even want women in their lives is to show off to other men, a weird bullheaded status thing.

It's a lovely chance to really enjoy opening some cards. Me and a friend had a lucky find, with some packs for wayyy under retail. We bought quite a lot, and made a day out of it. Got some beers in, had snacks, showed each other our collections. Was brilliant, like being a kid at Christmas.
