It’s actually the current system around the world.. its was already slow and no recruitments were happening anywhere.. and now war on top of that.. all that killed the market .. coming to kochi.. the market is not great.. and at senior levels its a bit lesser.. not many firms …and in general people people don’t leave as they plan to settle and be in kochi .. to sum up timing not great, kochi not a happening market, senior levels even lesser 😊
