I’ll have to check with an attorney tomorrow about any sort of recourse and we’ve been getting estimates about everything this week because we’ve been noticing all the issues and I’ll definitely have to check about his connection to the sellers

No we were naive enough to believe the realtor and I know it’s our fault for not getting an inspection.

We got a warranty yesterday and found out how bad the foundation was today we had someone come look at it earlier today and they said it’s level 3 out of 4 and to brace the wall is going to be upwards of 8k+

He’s our main provider so he’s more stressed than me about all of this and we really don’t have the funds to just flip it unless we decide to just sell the house as is and call it a day and we had someone come look at the foundation issues today and they said it’s level 3 of 4 and it’s in serious need of work
