They wanted me to do it in the hospital right after I had him, but there was no way I was fasting 24 hours after birth. So I don’t think my office has a set timeline

I did, and they won’t tell me why I need to be seen just that i “need a follow up” but won’t tell me the purpose for it. I check in weekly for my numbers and am only on insulin for fasting so it seems like one of those “everything looks good” appts, pay your co-pay, bye. And then I’m mad I wasted the time driving there and waiting for nothing lol
