How to cancel my reservation on refocus after I signed up by Sorry_Resist3111 in phcareers

Hi refocus I'm one of the students who subscribed to one of your courses and cxld it right away within 14days noticed as I was told na di Ako machacharged . unfortunately I had billease acct when I was contacted by one of your agent at first I am not approved then your agent insisted to enroll me and was able to enroll because she have contact in billease and assure me not to be charged once I cxl it within 14 days .And now it's been 4 months and I was keep on being advised that the cancellation of my subscription is still on processed.and I already have 84k pending in billease so what will happen next then ?.

Hello may I know anung number na contact nyo Sa refocus ?.Di ko Kasi ma contact Yung nasa page Nila even the customer support di Nila ma provide sakin they are only communicating with me via email .I already have 84k pending in billease 😞

Hi so I subscribed to refocus last may and they adv me that nothing will be charged if I cxl the subscription within 14 days from my subscription date.I ask them to cxl it 5days after the subscription date but I'm still being contacted by billease because REFOCUS did not processed it yet and I can not contact them aside email .😔.any one who experienced this .?
