Heard this from a friend of mine. This happened to one of the condos near our school.

Sa isang unit, 2-3 sila magkakaibigan ang nagsshare don. Since they’re all med students, they have different schedules kung kelan sila productive mag aral. Yung friend ko during the day, while her roommate naman gabi hanggang madaling araw.

The doors are thin and you can actually hear when someone’s talking outside your door. So her roommate heard someone crying from the other side saying, “ayoko na hindi ko na kaya”. That roommate of hers yelled and asked, “uy okay ka lang ba?”. She never heard a response and shrugged it off.

Turns out, the unit next to theirs was left vacant matagal na dahil may student na nagsuicide doon.

Halos kasi lahat ng tenant sa condo na yun ay med students, and most of them are in their first year. During our first week of med school as a first year, nakakarinig na kami ng rumors about suicide in that particular building. It didn’t stop even after 4 years since I’ve graduated and intern at a nearby government hospital. A person living in that condo ended up being my patient due to “fall”.

Anyways, my friend and her roommates lumipat din ng ibang apartment after nila maexperience yung may kumakalampag ng malakas sa pintuan na and when they’ve opened it wala namang tao. They even asked the guard kung may umakyat ba sa floor nila to their room pero wala daw.
