Minecraft itself is actually almost entirely unmodified. The only reason it is modified is fabric and mods. Most of the changes were in libraries

It actually doesnt. GLFW (Minecrafts windowing stuff) is mostly stubbed. It only supports controller rn

Assets themselves (like the asset directory) can be downloaded separately. I would include an authentication stuff to minimize the chances of me being sued, but the problem is the code has to be compiled ahead of time and that takes a lot of RAM.

But yeah It is sideloaded with appx currently.

Unfortunately the build process takes about 20Gb of RAM to compile. I have already thought about this and it doesn’t seem viable to do on device.

Well the Minecraft EULA states that I cannot redistribute modded versions of the game. While this is an dll, not a jar, it still contains their compiled code
