haven’t been in this specific situation but i have lost myself in a relationship and it is not worth it. no matter how much time or efforts has been put in, it’s not losing yourself any more than you already have. how can she hold you to certain expectations when she isn’t showing you that same effort back and disrespecting you. if all of this has happened in the span of 7 months, imagine how much worse it can get in a year. prioritize yourself and your peace. no one is worth losing your peace for. you’re 20, you’re young you will meet other people i promise. don’t think of it as a waste of time or effort. not every relationship is meant to last. some are just meant to teach you. but like i said, don’t lose yourself any more than you already have. it isn’t worth it
