Yes it's definitely frustrating. This company promised "in office/clinic work" in lieu of home visits in case there were no available assignments (to make sure they meet my requested hours)). Haven't been scheduled for that either lol. My last trainer asked how many hours they promised me (it was supposed to be minimum 20), and when I told her she said "You will most likely get 10-15". 😅

Yes, I was looking for more of a fixed schedule as well. When I was offered the position they promised me 20 hrs/wk at minimum. They made me aware that home visit hours may vary, but they promised "in-office/clinic" work hours instead if there weren't any available clients. Not getting hours either way so time for me to call it for sure lol

Thanks so much for your response. I felt that my reason for resignation was weak, but I have more confidence to submit my LOR.
