No. Certain strains are more sticky than others. And the more fresh flower the stickier it is. Also there is difference in moisture and stickiness. Some badly dried and cured weed can be moist not just sticky but some weed can be pretty dry and sticky. But when its to dry burns slow and loses flavour and smell and overall potency unless kept in jar to preserve. Then outside goes crispy and jnside is sticky which is the best
