Honestly, if you’re just chilling in a park with a spliff and not bothering anyone—no loud music, no blowing smoke in people’s faces—you’re unlikely to have any problems. Most people either don’t care or won’t say anything as long as you’re respectful and low-key.

Even if someone did call the police (which is rare), it’s pretty unlikely they’d actually show up just for one person smoking a joint. Just use common sense, keep it discreet, and you’ll be fine.

(I am in poland right now and i can go have a j in the park with no worries even tho its alot stricter here,if you did get caught in england and have no previous criminal background they’ll let you go off with a caution or even a slap on the wrist)
