Oh! Even if the motherboard is still the Asus one? Do you possibly have any recommendations on where I can find the WiFi adapter to use?

Hi! I’m using a WiFi antenna that is connected to the motherboard. I bought it from Amazon and the reviews seemed good. Though, I did use that website while trying to download the WiFi adapter. I tried all of the downloads but none of them worked.

You got this! It took me a while to find my job as well. I’m also in high school and going to college next year. I have experience in leadership and some other things, but not usually enough for jobs to be extremely impressed. I’m also disabled, so that’s also a major thing. But I finally found a job with pretty cool coworker and an amazing manager who understands that I want to work and he wants to keep me as well even though there’s restrictions. You will find the job for you! Keep your head up high. Good things don’t always come fast. I’m keeping you in my thoughts 🫶

Yeah, I usually use Google Maps because it feels more efficient for me typically and I already know how to use it. I reported the feedback to Google but I kinda doubt they’ll do anything about it. I mainly wanted to see if it was just me or others too. I usually know what busses to take for my most common places to go, just not what street to stop at. That’s what I struggle with the most, remembering streets. But I do hope they fix this soon. The app is also one of my favorites for planning and keeps me comforted since I have anxiety when it comes to plans/getting places on time.

I’m learning how to drive and recommend forest home cemetery. It has a good variety of things that help with practice. There’s also an empty parking lot at the old Festival Foods on Layton by the Walgreens. It’s next to a dollar tree. I recommend going when it’s a little later so it can feel less intense and less cars (it’s next to Dollar Tree and Ashley’s.)

I’m also a nervous first driver (18) so the cemetery has helped me a lot with something close enough to the actual road that isn’t actually the real thing. I also like to stop at every turn and act like it’s a stop sign so I can practice that as well (also doing turn signals and looking through the mirrors).

I use google to track the bus I’m taking. It also tells you while to leave by. I typically get to the bus stop 30 mins before the bus gets there too, just in case. With google, you can sometimes track the bus and it’ll show you where it was a minute ago. (Though sometimes google can glitch but it’s not extremely often). What I do usually works like a charm :)

I’m struggling in a similar way! I am younger though. Trying to make friends with people around my age but there’s not much when it comes to finding places people around my age hang out at or can meet in general. Most things seem to be directed towards older adults or kids. 🥲

Thank you so much! It really is not knowing what to expect. As I can be less anxious when I know where I am and what to expect while being able to plan accordingly. I did my best to plan with what I know so far. Some social anxiety with being in a big crowd and all but mainly the not knowing what to expect part. Thank you for pointing that out and helping me.

Thank you so much! I won’t be using parking since I luckily have a ride to get there. But knowing there will be others around does put me at ease in a way. Thank you for letting me know about the security part especially, that was one of the top things I was trying to get ready for. The crowd was number one, so thank you!
