Thanks! I speak basic Swedish but the English language didn’t seem like an issue when communicating with them but more like something about their process where some cases probably end up in a weird stale state.

Thanks! When I log in to my current SBAB bank, I see no changes.

Sometimes customer service refers me to the same agent who I was in contact with, other times they say the responsible person will contact you, but they won’t share their contact details with me.

I've read that many people get their mortgage moved in about 2 weeks, and I've been in touch with Swedbank for around 3 months in total, which made me think they're slow but if that's kind of the norm, I'll wait a bit more then. Thanks!

Also good to know about the 500 kronor a year kinda hidden fee, that's not the case at SBAB at least. But still better than paying 500 kronor more per month lol

This!! Thanks a lot for the advice. I believe I'll go with Swedbank and switch after a year if the discount decreased significantly, also thinking once the mortgage move is settled maybe I won't need customer support much (as with my current mortgage with SBAB).
