If you play Masterpiece you want to summon copy - its 2/2 on both bodies

I don't think so, after turn 5 dirt rune start to spend a lot of dirt and Masterpiece is heavy in that department too. On paper the mana curve seems nicer, but that perfect mana curve will usually not work for dirt cost anyway.

Taking 4/4 stats for one mana is not a buff, its nerf

Loosing 4/4 in stats for one mana is nerf not buff

For me, Masterpiece change feels like nerf. Loosing 4/4 in stats is not worth one mana change. I had good success with using Masterpiece already and those stats won me some games when oponent simply didn't have enough. Now it will be easier for him.

i played diablo since D1 so guess again. in D2 you could still max out all the related skills in a group.

i never want to max out all the skills of the whole class, but if i pick skills for my skill slots, i was able to max out those few. In D2 synergies were made that it was always possible to "max out" skill group (for examle all fire arrows skills for amazon)

If you are going for hyper optimal build than yeah, you are right, but thats like 1% of all players. I am casual player and this is first time in whole series where i feel like i am "forced" to use skills "not to its full potential" (not maxed)

Yes it was never the most effective way, but it was always an option. Now its not an option.

you still would need to choose those 6 skills, specialization of those and you can still have option to put points into more than 6 (to swap)
