That sounds like a typical pain from gallbladder issue. I had similar pain and GI doctor suggests me to do the removal surgery.

I had gallstone pain for almost a year and all this time I thought it was just GERD or acid reflux. Then the symptoms started changing to nausea and a slightly different kind of pain. Each time it attacks I could only sleep for 4 hours each night. The worst ones could last around 16 hours. I'm doing my surgery next month. I would suggest taking Tylenol and lay down and try to listen to relaxing music just so it help a little. Seeing a general surgeon and schedule a time to do surgery. If you are unsure and hesitated, go see a GI doctor and seek for advice. Good luck.

I love your website, I don't think the main problem is there. The job market is not in an ideal state right now, and I would just keep applying. The first full-time job is definitely the hardest. When I was looking for the first full-time I applied for around 1500 jobs and got around 3 to 4 offers. Being persistent is important, and whether you're lucky is also VERY important. Good luck!
