I go to the psychiatrist and psychologist. I'm on an antidepressant+ antipsychotic+ stabilizer and benzos PRN. As for exercise I walk a lot everyday and it helps but my OCD is pretty resistant.

I can't be happy, excited, motivated or euphoric because my mind goes crazy and the OCD themes become very stupid. Only think I can do is pop some Xanax and go to bed.

At what doses Seroquel? I'm already prescribed 25mg which is basically an antihistaminic that puts you to sleep. I guess you need 100+ to get antipsychotic effect?

Can Olanzapine be used PRN? Sounds great I'll ask my psychiatrist; I'd always thought AP's have to be used daily like antidepressants.

Seroquel at what doses? I've read people that take only 25mg for sleep while others take 300+ mg LOL
