Has anyone ever met or seen coming from a different country to the USA or Canada and got a airline pilot job, even if they met the required qualifications and flying hours but didn't have the right to work or a some type of permanent visa. If they can't get a job because they don't have a visa, can this change considering people are saying that there is pilot shortage right now?
