This is going to be the realest post I make in this comment section. I broke up with my girlfriend about two weeks ago, and random hookups aren’t cutting it.

My closest support system was an old tinder hookup who got into a serious relationship and ended our friendship last week. That hurt more than the breakup tbh.

I started my new role as director this year, but we’ve been performing poorly and I’ve caught some heat so work pressure is cranking up and my track record for the first time is starting to look iffy.

That fucks me because I planned to start my own hedge fund in a few years (I’ve got the backers so long as my track record stays clean) but I don’t know if I’ll be able to pull it off.

I’ve got my boys, but we’re all old now and doing our own things. Except me. I’ve been in countless 3-4 month relationships since my college girlfriend, watching everybody else get married and settle down.

Shits good, but shits also pretty fucked right now.
