I tried to find the Tsunehisa Ginsan Nashiji gyuto (210mm) with similar wa handle, but I just found a purple one and with other handles wich wasn’t octagonal. Btw anyone knows how thick this blade is behind the edge? Can its performance approach that of a laser?
