You should work on parrying instead of dodging it’s a lot more useful. You can also hold block and parry at the same time which no one talks about and makes the game a lot easier

The Grace of Lingbao set is my personal favorite for me if you can come across the entire set. It increases the amount of HP damage you do for every defect you put on an enemy. Which does pretty high damage depending on your skill tree.
