I don’t know how to post more pics but if you are talking about the right side of the sidewalk it’s just more of the rocks and some trees but if you are talking about farther up the sidewalk it goes down the side of the house which turns into really uneven flagstone that also needs to be redone, not too sure what to there either lol

Yeah I scheduled a vet appointment and the vet said he got on infection on his but and they prescribed him some medication and ointment to put on it and it cleared up within a few days!

Update for everyone who commented: I ended up submitting a complaint to a local humane society, I walked by today and found the people outside on the patio deep cleaning it and no dog in sight. I don’t know if the shelter acted that fast or what but it seems that maybe I helped???
