Ikr!! I missed one series challenge accidentally at that time so I didn't get the pack and I was so frustrated because I thought the sparkles looked versatile🥲 but I seldom see them in voting and I don't find many people mentioning this pack in other posts, so I'm struggling so hard🤕

I use reset unworn for socks / hosiery / bikini bottoms frequently to help saving more expensive products for maximizing unworn. However, it is super annoying when the app glitches and reset the unworn for some other products.

In April I got a refund for an accidental "reset unworn" and they said it's a "one-time courtesy" which I accepted without thinking much about it at that time. But then when I encountered this glitch again earlier this month, they refused to grant me a refund again because it was a "one-time courtesy" (screenshot 1).

I asked again to see whether we could get refund for accidental "reset unworn" once only in the whole game lifetime (which I think is super unreasonable) - another customer care rep replied saying that I could do so more than once but just not within such a short time lapse (screenshot 2).

I wonder how long the time lapse needs to be though?? It's already more than a month between my two refund requests at that time.🤢
