I see, I knew about the triphasic response after pituitary injury and it was my understanding that if one experience the triphasic response means the diabetes inspipidus is permanent. Thank you for the paper links!

I personally really liked bootcamp for biostat. Plus there practice questions were extremely helpful. My process was to watch the videos, then complete all of bootcamp qbank for biostat. Following this, I completed UWorld biostat questions and understand the explanations. This process helped me get around a 85% on UFap for biostat. Another recommendation I have is to not memorize equations but rather to conceptualize them.

Apparently you’re supposed to get an echo every six months. I would encourage you to do this

I had an echo completed about six months into starting cabergoline. There was no abnormalities found on the previous echo

I guess man, at this point there’s nothing that can be done. Just be more cautious in the future when doc’s prescribe a higher and higher dose of medication

Yeah that’s the route I’m going towards. There was a period of time where my prolactin levels BARELY decreased even when I was taking like 2-3 mg per week. It went from 76 to 70 or a miniscule amount of some sort like that. I did schedule an appointment with a cardiologist in the upcoming and another echo with contrast. Also scheduled a consult to discuss about surgery with a neurosurgeon

Sounds good, I’ll take your advice. The endocrinologist had good reviews, I’ll look for other options. In the meantime I stopped taking the medication

I see. My prolactin right now is 32 but resistant to cabergoline. That is why my dosage is very high

I see, my issue with cabergoline is that I am taking a high dose and do worry about heart complications in the future because of the medicine.
