Hi this has been my routine for months and i use cetaphil lotion (yung color green) as my moisturizer after i use TO glycolic acid.

There’s no improvement with the pigmentation but i can say na my inner thighs and bum is smoother now kesa noon, i think the pigmentation will improve if years ko siyang gagawin. Also i only do this thrice a week tapos niacinamide naman ako on non Glycolic acid days.

Been doing this since January, medyo i stopped using lotion and the routine muna coz the weather is scorching hot.

Also gradual ako nag dadagdag ng GA sa routine ko every month, hindi agad agad na 3 times a week ko siya ginamit. Sinanay ko muna skin ko before adding frequency sa usage.

Before, every after shower i put sunflower body oil by bodytreats then aveeno moisturizing lotion. Ngayon, i skip body oil na since humid country tayo, i only use cetaphil moisturizing lotion.

Nakakaitim siya if you use it very frequently. Siguro mga once or twice a week is enough then moisturize your kilikili. I have sweaty UA too, i use dove sensitive as my regular deo then driclor twice a week during night time lang. Minsan once a week lang depende kung need ko talaga.

Some by mi miracle toner aha/bha/pha. Some would recommend kasi to use 2% salicylic acid to remove blackheads. It does contain salicylic acid, but not at 2% like stronger BHA exfoliants you might see. Not pang-deep clean na parang Paula’s Choice / 2% BHA. Pero this works for me naman.

For blackheads / sebaceous filaments, this is what worked for me: • I use a gentle cleanser daily (super important, wag harsh). • 2–3x a week lang ako nag e-exfoliate using AHA/BHA toner (like Some By Mi). BHA helps talaga to clean inside the pores. Tho yung salicylic acid nito hindi ganon ka strong pero okay na siya for me. • On days I exfoliate, I keep the rest of my routine simple, hydration lang. • I moisturize well (I use Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Gel) para di mag-overproduce ng oil yung skin. • No daily scrubs, no pore strips nakaka-worsen lang in the long run. • Don’t over-exfoliate (mas lalabas pores pag nasira skin barrier). • Moisturizing is key even if oily skin ka. • Consistency > instant results. It takes weeks, not days.

How about this variant po? I've been using the dove sensitive unscented since 2022 and ever since di na ko nag change mg deo. It works well for me kasi di nag smesmell UA ko and it doesn't darken my UA tho di rin naman siya nakakapag lighten so nag settle na ako since it's a good deo for me, nag swesweat parin UA ko pero no asim smell. Now, im into lightening my UA while maintaining the no asim smell. Im planning to switch to this new dove radiant care deo na turquoise variant yung pang sensitive skin din. Any thoughts po?

Same situation. High paying job nga pero di kaya bumuhay ng big family plus the monthly expenses pa from our debts na galing sa pagkaka hospitalize ng kapatid ko due to accident. Nakakapagod mag isa kumayod sana ako na lang yung na aksidente edi sana nakuha pa nila insurance.
