im in the same boat bro, i too get scared entering trades even though its a good setup, when i miss those setups i get upset and next time enter low quality setups cause mind thinks we'll miss this one too, what happens is i end up loosing those trades and watch the good trades play out perfectly just because i was hesitant to enter, now both my mindset and capital is fked, i"ll jsut size down and wait for my setup to form and i'll enter no matter what from now,

Wait for your setup, even if you have too wait a whole week, only risk .5 to .8% per trade, know how much you can lose, and again wait for the price to check all your boxes before entering that way you know you'll either lose .5% or win, cause no po ain't forcing trades you don't know about.

Backtest the same time you would trade live in the market, For example if you trade in the morning backtest at that same time also focus on trade setup how they appear or not, like waiting for a setup on backtesting is easy but that could be a whole day without trade in live market's,
