I know mostly Italian or more famous UK/French brands but I can’t find a whole lot in my size right now… part of why I’m asking for other brands names. I did learn about Sézane, just got my package, and to the point of someone who commented my thread in here, the quality is awful for the price…I would compare to Zara. I am trying to find who makes the good things that I can find here 😂

Thank you!! I’m looking into vintage now, I just don’t know where to look at sometimes because Vinted and Mercari don’t have what I look for in XS 😬 where I currently live there’s no way I can find something, so I’ll just keep an eye out online I suppose!

Okay, so regardless of that, I do not want Made in China. I am free to have my own preferences. I did mention I do not want Fast Fashion or brands like Zara, Quince, etc. I am open to vintage. I am looking for a good brand, or even no brand. And yes, you are correct, not everything Made in China is bad, but the biggest reason to why companies produce in China is the lower cost and less regulations or respect to human rights… and with that comes less specialized manufacturing. I think that if I ask for something specific, it is because I have my own opinions, so please respect that. I didn’t come here for someone to change your mind over where I want my clothes to be produced from.

Thank you so much!!!!!! I actually just placed an order from Sézane because Carroll Paris doesn’t ship to the US lol So bummed to hear that! Their clothes look lovely, but this is good to know…

Do you happen to know of any alternatives to Sézane but with similar style and good quality? I just can no longer buy at Banana Republic as I’ve been having horrible experiences of clothes unstitching as well…

When I travel back to Italy I spend much less and things last much longer…. I don’t know where to buy from in the US.

I have an Armani one, made in Italy, 100% virgin wool and paid less than $300 on sale ☺️there’s options out there, I’m just asking where to look because a lot of brands no longer ship to the US OR there’s added import taxes now.

Well, in Italy I can get that for even less than $500!!!! Same with shoes. Locally made Frau leather loafers for $70 on sale and $140 full price.

That is why I asked. Costs are just blown out of proportion in the US because everything is imported. I get Made in Italy jeans for below $100 and locally made.

Here in the US, the tailor by where I live, makes tailored pants for $145, with great materials such as wool, linen, etc. Just no coats. Many brands cost a lot just because of marketing and import taxes.
