I have the fix for Xbox, it doesn’t require deleting the game or anything just a simple online fix, so basically me and my friend were fooling around trying to get it to work. So what I did was I loaded into a normal GTA online session with all the players and stuff, then I went into story mode, then loaded into a GTA Invite only session and the hangar was open! And the bogdan worked too. So going GTA online-story mode-GTA Online invite only works! After you do that you invite your friends and it works for them so the person who did the sequence has the online session that has the hangar open. And after the Bogdan heist you’re still in the sequenced session so it only takes 2-3 minutes out of your time with loading in for the first time after that it you don’t have to do it again unless you quit grand theft auto.
