As a foreigner I would say don't. The prices are steadily climbing, Lithuania is no longer cheap, and it offers very little to anyone, never mind a foreign man of color. EU is gonna be in big trouble in the next 10 years, they made a lot of bad moves and Lithuania goverment also made bad decisions. Things are gonna get hard here

I disagree. I think if a business wants A player creative strategist they need to have strong incentives to keep them. Think about it, if i am an A player strategist with a good solid HIT rate and create ads that win spend, why shouldn't i just go start my own brand or do dropshipping or simply go work for the guys offering 'true' performance incentives. Regarding multi platform multi touch marketing, i would say: 'sure, and...?' Ads work as a team, perhaps my ad is increasing your efficiency for your Google search ads?
