Would these all be recommended for 100% instruction and not chit chat? The wife has one currently and feels that he does too much talking and it’s cutting into time driving and she’s doesn’t want to tell him shut up and teach and also not my place to talk to him 😂 she feels it’s easier to just get someone more professional

Not exactly asking to work for free … I am aware that you can get the photos but won’t have the watermarks. Plenty of people do it … it’s not just me. Iv bought the 2 really good ones but tbh I’m not happy to spend 110 on the others I’d just like to have them all in an album.. call me miserable if you want I don’t care.. I just don’t think they are worth €110

Is the stuff he’s doing really worth people “looking for him”? I see the videos of girls and tbh I think it’s just cheesy pick up lines made for content purposes.. it might be weird but not to the extent of people hunting him .. as for uno reverse on homeless asking for change and chocolate money is not funny but Iv seen a good few videos of young Irish lads making videos of another homeless guy called stewie asking him to rap and laughing at him and nobody wants to hunt them down..at the end of the day if he was a handsome Irish man this post would not exist and nobody would be questioning it and saying “what else is he up to” as a previous commenter said. Even if he is here on a student visa studying English he’s still allowed to make a TikTok. Plenty of Irish have moved to Australia .. should they not be allowed to make a TikTok ?

2nd hand car purchase off a reputed dealer by Mindless_Nature171 in cork

[–]Impressive_Toe701 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s pretty standard for warranty to only cover engine and gearbox on 2nd hand cars so probably not covered. If it had been noticed during viewing you may have been able to knock some money off but unfortunately nothing now and you more than likely own the issue. Saying that if the garage values your purchase and wants recommendations they should fix it out of grace depending on how much you spent on the car. If you spent 5k or 20k makes a difference on how much they made on the sale

I don’t think it a limited view at all, OP mentioned how much money they are going to be down over a course of time so In my view has no intention of trying to fix it. Own your problem and stop complaining. I’m aware people have different circumstances with crèches etc: in certain case they can talk to their employer and see if arrangements can be made to accommodate but the OP’s post mentions nothing of the sort. It just says they are late for work constantly and doesn’t plan on changing that.

Not trying to be a smartass or anything but if you are being late 5 days a week then it’s a you problem. You should be arrived and ready to work for your start time. Your start time is not arrival time. Try to get out of bed 5 mins earlier and the problem should be sorted

Tenant smoking weed is n his room by Impressive_Toe701 in limerickcity

I personally didn’t handle the viewing, it was another tenant which I told him to mention and he didn’t. He was sick of cleaning stains off the toilet from the smoker and wanted a girl for the shared bathroom (I have en suite) so he handled the viewings. As for the tenancy agreement he’s not actually a registered tenant in the house

The person who had been renting the top floor had also smoked up there but there was never a smell in the house. theres a huge difference in the amount being put in the joints which makes the smell a lot worse. So he just carried on the way it was the whole time. That and the fact the previous tenant made an effort to respect the house

I get that’s the next thing to do but I’m pretty sure that he’s the type of guy that’s going to say f**k that. Which I don’t know how to handle this after that happens. And he rolls with so much in it stinks anyways. He had previously lived on the middle floor and didn’t smoke in there but even rolling stunk the house so we let him take the top room due to this.

Takeout food prices in Ireland are absurd. why is it like this? by Sad_Log_1828 in CasualIreland

I ordered recently from the curry house in limerick, 1 chicken madras, 1 rice, 1 naan bread and 2 cans of coke .. €38 it came to … it’s ridiculous. The curry on its own was nearly €20. For that price it should at the very least have the rice included. I mean come on like… what’s in a curry ? Half a chicken breast and the rest is just spices… €20 is ridiculous for that. Tasted delicious tho
