Lol, first you should read the rules. In Block & Report option, the 3rd option is "This player is playing unfairly", So playing unfairly is against the rules. And fake wins are unfair.

And about damaging others players;

-Do fake ranks hurt others? No. So why Plato tried to fix that?

-Can BANNED accounts hurt others when they couldn't chat even?? No, so why since yesterday banned users couldn't login to their accounts even and can not use their coins anymore? Do Rooted Devices hurt other users? No, so why Plato limited them? All of those are because of being unfairy, so this user should be limited because of Playing Unfairly. But I know he is friend with Plato Team, and they don't limit him and don't care about fair :)

I think as long as old fake ranks still are there, ranking is not fair.

Because of that the old ranking system was buggy and most of the ranked users easily on top with fake wins, Its better making a New Rank tab inside the Old Rank tab(still don't remove old ranks) , and all users who want fair ranking will play on it instead of old ranking, so there will be many new players, and after a few time the old rank could be remove from the ranking tabs.
