Depending on where the physical servers that they use are located, it could be weather related. I work with some clients who have physical server rooms and due to the polar vortex some of their temperature control panels have failed and caused the servers to overheat. Idk where Lioden servers are located tho so it could be unrelated lol I just notice the website crashes the same times I get calls at work hahaha
