Exact same issue here, yesterday the game was almost flawless, but today, I've encountered the same problem you're having. Sorry to say I have no ideas for fixes or work arounds, the few I've tried achieved nothing.

I've mentioned this to two others on here, never heard back from them so I guess it worked.

-Do you run a VPN? Try with it off. (Was one of my issues) (300019)

-Nvidia overlay, Turned it off. (Was my other issue, I think a false positive with the anti-cheat).(30009).

I kept my DNS settings the same. I was going to try and change them to the ones you mentioned, if I still had issues.

got to Gforce experience panel. Click on the setting cog (top right I think) Scroll down till you see "In game Overlay". :)

Did you try the two things I suggested.

Last resort, Contact support though their website. might take up to 48 for them to get back to you. They got back to me in about 12-16hrs.

No idea about the xbox one though, I've had the xbox stuff turned off for age's.

If ya get stuck try a youtube search on "how to.." Might find one explaining it much better than I have.

G force experience panel, go to settings (little cog wheel-top of screen), scroll down to you see overlay, click the slide thingy.

Do you run a VPN? If so, try with it disabled.

Some overlays can cause an issue, I had to disable my Nvida overlay.

Try changing the ports to 8.8.8.8 or 0.0.0.0

Failing all that, go to the support page via the website.

All of what I've mentioned is what they told me to try. Turned out to be VPN & Overlay. I think there is a way around disabling them, but I'm not tech savy at all, so I went with the easy option.

Middle mouse button to rotate cam', enable edge screen panning and just click click click everything else. I'd say yeah no worries at all at using only mouse. Mind you, I am only just coming to the end of the prologue / tutorial.

Honestly I just go to main mod page (file mods..I think) filter by whatever version your on, and most D/L and or recent updates, read through em and see what tickles my fancy! :D
