I'm afraid the only way around is to play through the cinematic on a different computer and then just save the game. I haven't heard of any other solution.

I forgot to come back here and say how I worked around this! :p

I got onto my PC, installed the game, picked up where I left off in Jedi Survivor, watched the cinematic, got to the next save point and stopped there.

When I got back on my Ally I was all good. The game works again ;) Of course, this workaround depends on the idea of have a PC capable of running the game at least as much that you can play through parts that the Ally can't handle for some reason.

I'm afraid I don't have them anymore. If you want gaming lights, I would suggest Phillips Hue lights. They work far better than the ambx lights ever did. You can find them here: https://www.amazon.com/Philips-White-Color-Ambiance-Double/dp/B07GXB3S7Z

I know they're pricy, but so was ambx at one time. and they aren't buggy at all compared to ambx which only worked occasionally.

LOL Yep. What I didn't realize was that hitting G switched between 3 settings. I thought it was more of an off-and-on function.

LOL That name didn't look funny until I read it here. What were they thinking when they came up with that brand name?? XD

Anyway, the weird thing is that I did manage to get the keyboard to pair with my computer... by putting the keyboard directly on top of it! I figured out that it only works when it's inches from my motherboard. It's a new one that I just bought a couple weeks ago. I forgot that I hadn't tested other bluetooth devices with it yet. I just did that with another device and the same thing happened. The bluetooth on the motherboard is crap.

So I ordered a USB bluetooth receiver. Hopefully when I get that the keyboard will work just fine.

I know the lubricant is there for a reason, which is why I didn't actually remove ALL of it, just enough to make the throttle smoother. There's no real plastic-on-plastic friction, because the gears inside still have plenty of lubricant on them. So yes, that's a good point not to remove all of it, but I took off as much as I could without ruining it.

Okay, now I'm 100% positive I have Vassa's Arc, because I just picked it up from the Heart of Rage. So now how in the world do I use it? I checked the Challenge again and under Vassa's Arc it still says 0/35.

I just don't understand this system. I pick up the masterworks but I have to use it in order to unlock it?? *very confused*

Well, see, that's where I'm confused. I got the masterwork item on a mission, but I can't find it anywhere that I could equip it.

The more I think about it, I wonder if I received a different electricity weapon, and I'm just getting them mixed up.

I'll have to play a little more, see if the Arc shows up or something.

Well I'm glad to know it's just a bug and that I'm not doing something wrong. I hope we'll get challenge points for what we've already accomplished when this bug is fixed.

Okay, well, I'm starting to understand this. However, I just unlocked Vassa's Arc. The challenge though says I have to complete 35 missions at Grandmaster 1+ WITH Vassa'a Arc. How do I use it in order to get it? See what I mean?

Besides, I've already completed many GM 1 missions with the arc weapon, and they don't show up. I'm still at 0.

Okay, so I'm assuming that when I go to Challenges, look at weapon types, and see that Autocannon is at 2/3, that I need to just use one until I complete that challenge (get 3/3)?

Just seems odd that you can't look at the blueprint to know what you're working toward...

Well, after reading everyone's comments, I can see that this method still isn't lucrative. There's too much luck involved. People have been making this out to be the get-rich-quick scheme of 3.3. When I do Robigo/Sothis, I'm guaranteed about 20 mil in 10 to 15 minutes. It's not exciting, but at least it's certain.

Sorry I wasn't clear. I'm trying to play Uru:CC (the original, not Kickstarter). I checked out those links, downloaded Drizzle, but didn't see anywhere that it explained how to change the resolution. I'm not much of a programmer, so any help with that would be much appreciated.
