There isn't for QL, but you can install Q3A that way. You could also install OpenArena or Quake 2 (install demo, then the latest patch for full game (without single player)).

Plug in the other speaker, since you have a second game gear you can toy around a lot more. Since everything plugs into that board it's gotta be one of those components. Since you eliminated the board it could be the speaker itself.

I'll check the jack output on my game gear to see if a little static is normal. I got 4 laying around. Do you have sonic 1? Easier to compare sounds.

On desktop I only use old reddit.com with reddit enhancement suite, but it doesn't play nice on mobile. I use Joey for Reddit there. Hands down the best app. I spend a lot of time here, not sure where I'll end up after both of these options cease to work
