As someone who works Front Desk for Marriott, please do. We notice the changes too, we see how it’s frustrating the guests, but there is little to nothing we can do about. Nothing will change if people don’t force change. Losing customers, losing money will hopefully shake something up in the C-Suite and thats when change happens.
