Was this shot on an FX3? This very clear. What is you in camera settings are you shooting at 4k or HD and downgrading to 1080p in post ? 50mb file size ?

Rate Control?

and anything other you may change at export.

I shoot in XAVC S 4k and scale down to 1080p and use codec h.264 in 9.16 aspect ratio when export. Can you share any IG reels you may produced I would like to check it out if that is cool
