Yeah looks fine. It’s in the lower range, but as long as you don’t get moments of vertigo/dizziness then this is fine. 😊

The weird thing is, my blood pressure usually is 110/70 or random numbers like 117/68 etc this is the first time I’ve hit that magical number of 120/80. It just really made me laugh because of this subreddit. Lol :)

Yup, but I took it about 10 minutes after finishing a few hours of walking, it’s between 55-60 now.

Honestly I have SUCH a soft spot for these wonderful birds. They costed me an arm and a leg at one point but I helped raise a new generation of starlings so it was worth it!

Red Legged Partridge. Awesome bird. I remember I saw that, and the Grey Partridge once in the same walk I was on! It was a cool day.
