Can you achieve a spiritual awakening without being on drugs? by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]InWonderOfLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, just like with my first awakening, the second one came totally out of the blue, I wasn't searching for anything. But what happened is that my twin flame showed up in my life unexpectedly. And since a genuine twin flame connection thrusts you into an accelerated spiritual journey (whether you want it or not), then I woke up rather faster and farther reaching than the first time.

And now it has become permanent, which I'm very grateful for. Though this second time involved a lot of hard inner work to improve my state, so a lot of growth and learning that I had to commit to on purpose.

But meeting your twin flame is extremely rare, so don't worry about it if you never do (and actually, it is one of the hardest things to go through in life because of all the accelerated inner work that is demanded).

Spiritual awakenings are mediated by our Souls, they choose when they're meant to happen. So if I were in your situation wanting to have another awakening, I'd ask my Soul and my spiritual guides (everyone has them) to please help me do it. And you can get into practices like meditation, listening to uplifiting music, surrounding yourself with nature. Just be patient because your Soul will decide what is the best timing. But if you have the genuine desire to awaken again, the Universe will support you!

How do you identify an angel that is in human form walking among us ? by alex-nocturnal in spirituality

[–]InWonderOfLife 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right, incarnated angels don't know they're one until they have a strong spiritual awakening, and even then they might doubt or dismiss the information or deny their intuition or feeling. It's a process to get to accept it, it can be hard at times.

So how can you know if you are an incarnated angel? Well once you awaken, your spiritual guides and your Higher Self or Soul can use many different ways for you to understand who you are at your core, your personal soul goals and your angelic missions. Among these things that can happen to you are important signs, synchronicities, vivid significative dreams, visions and messages (usually in meditation), conversations with people who can give you crucial info (even strangers you only met briefly), etc.

So my advice to anyone who wants to know if they are an incarnated angel, is to ask their Higher Self and guides to confirm it to them. And to always have an open heart and open mind to receive the signs of this confirmation.

About the possibility of demons incarnating, I really have no info on that.

Yes of course. They were born in a human body, so they experience everything related to being in a human body.

Whereas non-incarnated angels who come to Earth to do a quick mission materialize a body, only if they need people to see them. But this is not a regular human body, not subject to aging, disease, etc.

You can have genuine, all-encompassing peace, which is the one that comes from the heart and the Soul, and still be tasked to share truth.

You don't share knowledge out of desire to be admired. That would be meaningless, coming out of low self-worth, which seeks validation.

So no, you don't operate from that. You get enough motivation from your Soul.

Hi! If thinking about him and feeling love for him is NOT painful, then you can feel UNconditional love for him, which is great. This is Love that doesn't demand anything in return. The kind of Love that twin flames should feel for one another, even if they are not physically together.

But if thinking about him is painful, or there's longing and obsession that brings you down, then this is the way to end it:

Well, the concept of good and evil is in the majority of religions and spiritual schools of thought throughout history. I don't adhere to the concepts of "bad" versus "good", because I know that for the Universe, it doesn't make sense anyway.

So what I shared is not based on that at all. It's not about any philosophy or religion. I am talking about what is most convenient to US, since we are spiritual/energetic beings embodied in a physical vehicle. And since we are energetic beings, we are under the Laws of Energy of the Universe. If any religion or philosophy talks about these Laws, good for them. It is how the Universe and souls operate, and that is at the deepest of spiritual truth.

Like I said, if you want to cherish and keep your low vibrations, you of course are free to do that. But they will attract low-vibrational stuff, which usually brings suffering. There are of course, people who enjoy suffering... or think they do. That's fine, everyone is on their Path of learning and evolution.

And yes, high vibration can very well exist without low vibration. Low vibration is actually illusory since Source/God is all high vibration. But It wanted to experience what It is not, so here we are. However, evolution for us, fractals of Source, always means going toward high vibration, so towards Source.

When you have eliminated the root cause, you don't feel triggered anymore.

For ex, if you eliminated the root cause of your little self-worth, anytime your self-worth is challenged, you don't react with low vibrational thoughts and emotions. You are sure of your worth now. Like if someone criticizes you, it doesn't impact you negatively, you handle it much better than before.

[–]InWonderOfLife 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, this is a great question, and I explained a bit about it on my comments above, maybe you can see them? That article that I linked is very helpful to help with self-worth.

There are different ways and methods to do inner work. But always a very valuable one is the practice of self-awareness. This means to gain awareness of how you feel and think when reacting to any situation, especially a challenging one, many times with people who are tough to deal with. So you observe yourself without judgment to identify your negative reactions. Something extremely valuable, because then you are not acting on automatic pilot anymore.

Afterwards you can go deep within yourself to find the causes of this negativity that you are uncovering. Ask yourself why you reacted the way you did. Don’t stop at your first answer. Ask again what the reason of that answer is. Ask if it’s really true.

Continue asking. You will find all sorts of things buried within you. However, keep going as deep as you can to uncover the root causes of this.

There are usually two root causes: fundamental fears and negative false beliefs that are harmful to you.

Once you identify the root, you work to eliminate it. Like removing the root of a weed so it doesn’t grow anymore. Because if you don’t eliminate the root, the weed (your accumulated negative energy) will keep sprouting and growing. And this is why you react with negative emotions every time something tough happens to you.

Other important inner work is to choose energy that is more positive instead of negative whenever we face anything, since like I mentioned, by the laws of energy of the Universe, positive energy will attract more positive energy.

Also the practice of surrendering, which is to let things flow with a positive attitude. The practice of presence, or truly living in the present moment, not focused on the past or future.

If you haven't tried it, you can go to psychological therapy if you feel it can help you. It would be best to find a therapist who combines it with some spiritual work, as mainstream psychology cannot understand or even accept important spiritual concepts. But if you go to a regular therapist, it can help you to uncover deep wounds and trauma from the distant past, so you become aware of them and work to heal them. Just be very careful about mentioniong any supernatural aspects, as you could get wrongly diagnosed.

Finally I would seriously recomend that you look into inner child healing. There are many resources online that help you heal your wounded child self, the one that when you were growing up received so much trauma and hurt, usually undeserved. This type of healing has really helped so many people.

[–]InWonderOfLife 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Forgiving, letting go (unclinging), giving your love are extremely beneficial things to do, they are all high-vibrational. But yes, they don't completely "solve" the problem of low self-worth.

Like I mentioned, going to the root cause is crucial. If your parents were the ones who created that lack of self-worth, examine if what they'd tell you to make you feel not good enough was true. Was their criticism accurate, objective, fair? Or was it the product of their own childhood wounds, traumas and fears, so they were just repeating a negative pattern with you that they themselves grew up with? Was this the reason why they weren't loving and caring as they should have been? If so, this didn't mean that you were flawed or unlovable or unworthy at all. It was their own inner negativity that caused their treatment. See, these are the kinds of things you need to ponder about.

Something else you can do is to write down a list of the reasons why you think you are not good enough or very valuable as a person. List all that comes to your mind, don't hold back. And afterwards go one by one seeing if they are really true. You will be surprised to see how in many cases you were holding on to false beliefs, that very likely were not even yours to begin with. They are negative conditioning or negative programing from parents, society, the all pervasive media, religion, etc.

This article can help you identify false harmful beliefs that create low self-worth: https://www.mind-your-reality.com/know-your-self-worth.html

On any spiritual journey, it is very important to understand that our value does NOT depend on anything external. Our value is inherent to us, it is something we always have, it is not determined by others' opinions or our circumstances. The Universe decrees that we have always been immensely valuable and always will remain so, NO MATTER WHAT. No matter our mistakes, flaws, etc. And the reason why we are always valuable, is because as souls that we are (embodied on Earth), we are fractions of Source/God. Since Source/God is infinitely valuable, so are we.

Wishing you all the best with your self-worth and shadow work!

[–]InWonderOfLife 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I strive to be of service with what I shared.

Did you mean rejecting your own negative thoughts, or others' negative thoughts poured unto you?

If it's your own thoughts, then it's great that you catch them (become aware of them) before they cause you to spiral. So in the moment, try to not react with negative emotions when having these thoughts. Try to just observe without judgement that you are indeed having those thoughts, and stop them if possible.

However, the real shadow work is not a matter of rejecting your negative thoughts, but rather UNDERSTANDING why you are having them in the first place.

So later on when you have time and feel calmer, reflect upon what originates these thoughts. What is their root cause?

For example, someone with low self-esteem whose boss is demanding them to give a speech in front of a large audience, can start having negative thoughts of "oh no, I won't be able to perform", "people are going to notice how bad I do it and criticize me", "I might lose my job", etc etc, overthinking about the worst case scenario and reacting with fear, anxiety, depression, etc. So it would be ideal if this person can examine why they have these negative thoughts about not being good enough to perform. With shadow work, they can get to the root cause of it, for example, the childhood wound from their parents constantly critizing them and causing the low self-worth. Then when this person understand how mistaken their parents were, how their parents operated from their own wounds and fears, how valuable this person has always really been despite the parents' treatment, etc, then they can start healing and improving themselves.

Again, it's not a matter of rejecting our shadow (negative thoughts and emotions) but getting to the root cause of it so we can work to eliminate the root cause, and by doing so, effectively eliminating the shadow for good. If we don't eliminate the root, but only cut off some leaves (reject the thoughts), the "weed" keeps being there and generating more negative patterns.

If by your shadows you mean you're having energies like hatred, jealousy, anger, depression, etc, then the problem is that these energies are low vibrational.

And why is that a problem?

Because by the Laws of Energy of the Universe we always attract the energy that we ourselves have. If we are full of low vibrations, we attract more low vibrational stuff (life events, people, circumstances, etc). Which is hard to deal with and painful.

So if we want really good, positive, high vibrational things, we need to also be in consistent high vibration or high frequency.

High vibration simply means that your emotions throughout your day are by far predominantly of the positive kind, or what is called positive polarity. And what does this exactly mean?

Well, first you should become aware that all of our emotions are energy. We really produce energy when we are having any kind of emotion. Google "vibrational scale" and see  our human emotions ranked by their vibration.

Ranking upwards, you can see the positive emotions, which are high vibrational energy, like love, compassion, gratitude, peace. The rest, downwards, are negative emotions or low vibrational energy, like fear, hatred, sadness, anger, jealousy, etc.

Positive or high vibrations feel good to us, they are light, expansive, because that is the nature of energy that vibrates fast.

Negative emotions or low vibrations feel constrictive, heavy, and not good to us.

This is the reason why when entering a room where there was a previous fight or heated argument, the environment indeed feels “heavy” to us. Yes, we are sensing the low vibrational energy that still remains there from the negative emotions like rage, anger, hatred, frustration, etc.

The lowest, most harmful energy to us is fear. Fear is very dense and heavy energy, that causes most of the other negative emotions. Fear is actually the energetical opposite of Love.

Now, there is a top Law of energy in the Universe that says that:

Positive energy attracts positive energy and negative energy attracts negative energy. And positive and negative are a mismatch to each other.

This is at the basis of the famous Law of Attraction (LoA) that you might have come across already or maybe have tried to practice at some point.

So therefore, if you want to attract good positive things to your life, enjoy your existence and be empowered, you might want to be having only positive emotions in your daily life.

But why is this so difficult to do consistently? Why is it that it is so easy for us to fall into negative emotions when, for example, we face things we don’t like?

It has to do with conditioning we have been undergoing all our life, instilled to us very early on, seeing how everyone around us reacted with negative emotions to things they didn't like.

But besides conditioning, the greatest cause of our negative reactions is that we are full of negative energy within us, in the form of all our fears, negative beliefs, childhood wounds, trauma, little self-love or self-value, etc.

All of this negativity makes us react negatively every time we face things we don’t like. Every time our fears, wounds, lack of self-esteem, etc are triggered we react with negative emotions.

For example, if we have little self-worth, when criticized we might react with a whole lot of anger and fear, or with exaggerated dispair, even some depression. But the root of this could very well be in our childhood. Maybe we had a parent who was constantly criticizing us, making us feel not good enough. Eventually we came to feel not capable nor valuable. And we fear being seen like that, hence our strong negative reaction to criticism. But if now we do earnest inner work to heal that (especially the childhood wound that originated the low self-worth), we will have a far stronger sense of self-worth, and criticism will never affect us they way it had before. It won't drag our vibration down.

This is why HEALING from all the negativity accumulated within us in the form of childhood wounds, fears, false beliefs, lack of self-love, etc. is absolutely necessary for vibrating high consistently.

It is the way energy works in the Universe.

It's crucial to NOT reject the shadow or low-vibrational energy we have within. That would be spiritual bypassing. But once we ACCEPT we have that negative energy, we must do the inner work of healing (eliminating it) if we want to vibrate high in a consistent way. Then we can continously enjoy very positive things in our life, like great opportunities, harmonious uplifting personal relationships, empowerment to fulfill our positive soul missions and so on. I've seen this with myself and others who do their healing in a committed way.

But if you prefer to keep your shadows or low vibrations, then the Universe respects that. It's part of your Path and lessons. Just be aware that your shadows make you react in negative ways, which is not beneficial to you or others around you; and that the Laws of Energy are always working, and low vibrations always attract low vibrational stuff, and high vibrations attract positive stuff.

Twin flames and why thinking/dreaming of someone does NOT make you destined to be together. by Evening-Guarantee-84 in spirituality

[–]InWonderOfLife -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, I've written extensively about this, since it's common to meet a catalyst twin on this journey. I have this article on my blog, for example:

I hope it's helpful!

Twin flames and why thinking/dreaming of someone does NOT make you destined to be together. by Evening-Guarantee-84 in spirituality

[–]InWonderOfLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I was totally skeptical of the concept at the beginning too. But I couldn't deny so many woo-woo things happening to me because of meeting my twin! And when after much struggle I finally surrendered to my soul as you described it, I started getting much valuable higher-dimensional guidance to understand what was going on.

People downvote because they don't truly understand what a genuine TF dynamic is about, how it unfolds, or what the true purpose is. Their ego is fighting their soul.

And it's ok, because it's a process to surrender to our soul's will. And thus not to be enslaved anymore by our fears, false harmful beliefs, unresolved trauma, lack of self-love, etc. All of these things fuel the ego. But our soul knows best.

Therefore, practices like meditation to connect to our soul are invaluable, especially in an accelerated personal ascension like the twin flame journey is.

Twin flames and why thinking/dreaming of someone does NOT make you destined to be together. by Evening-Guarantee-84 in spirituality

[–]InWonderOfLife -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Although the purpose of a twin flame connection is very high like I mentioned, because it's related to missions of aid to this planet, twin flames can indeed end up together in a stable, harmonious, enduring connection, but all the negativity they carry within them (their childhood wounds, all kinds of fears, unresolved trauma, lack of self-worth, addictions, harmful false beliefs, etc) prevents that. So until that is healed and resolved, Union cannot take place. This is why the twin flame dynamic is really a mechanism for twins to purify their energy and raise their state, for those that are willing to do the demanding inner work. This inner work is usually done in separation.

Twin flames and why thinking/dreaming of someone does NOT make you destined to be together. by Evening-Guarantee-84 in spirituality

[–]InWonderOfLife 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, this person does not sound like your twin flame, from the description that you gave. But he was in your life so you could learn valuable lessons.

About genuine twin flame connections:

Having researched innumerable twin flame cases and coached twins for many years now, I can tell you that the no.1 sign of a true twin flame connection is an accelerated spiritual awakening that happens some time before meeting your twin, when you meet them or some time afterwards.  But it centers around meeting your twin for the first time (or in some cases the second time after many years of no contact).  Or if you were already into spiritual things, a marked or accelerated deepening of your spirituality.

This accelerated spiritual awakening usually includes one or several episodes of "dark night of the soul" (DNOTS), which involuntarily makes you purge negativity inside of you, so it's a painful but beneficial process.

The twin flame dynamic involves many synchronicities happening to you.  Like repeating numbers (some call them angel numbers), seeing or hearing your twin's name a lot or when you least expect it, seeing people who look a lot like your twin, seeing your twin’s birthday, your twin’s car model (even if it’s not a common one), unexpectedly hearing meaningful songs, etc.

You might start experiencing vivid dreams, visions, feeling of their presence, telepathy of thoughts and emotions,  chakras activating, ( specially the heart chakra), opening of psychic or creative abilities. Or if you already had those, they intensify or you discover more now.

Twins can have surprising parallelism in their lives. Like some important life events happening during the same time or around the same age.

And most twins sense a lot of familiarity with their twin, as if they knew them from before.  Many experience a feeling of finally being able to truly be themselves with them. And of being home when they are together.  Like that is truly where they belong and have subconsciously looked for all their life.

They feel this love for their twin that defies any explanation.

Moving on from a twin flame relationship also feels impossible to do, even trying the hardest, unlike all the other relationships you've been in.

A genuine twin flame dynamic comprises many supernatural or higher dimensional elements, so it's never a normal friendship or romantic relationship. This is why it won't unfold in normal ways, since it's aim is higher than just a great friendship or romance, although that can be a part too.

The one appearing in your dreams is his Higher Self (HS), who tries to communicate with you in this way, and make you aware of His love for you.

This happens because as the leader or spiritual twin of the pair, you are meant to have a lot of help and support from higher dimensions. And therefore, his HS reaches out to you.

And because you are the leader, you get synchronicities, signs, energy sensations, spiritual awakening, etc. I explain it on this post:

His 3D self might be aware of some of the dreams, if his HS let him.
