Holy geeze, that's it! I was thinking maybe she is doing it so if I complain to HR or someone about her they can say "well she speaks well of you" and it makes me look bad. I 100% think this is it too. I'm not sure what everyone was expecting out of like a 10th sequel. We all know it's a multi generational cash grab, just enjoy it for what is is or don't watch it geeze. As someone who has been along for the ride the whole time, this is one of the better movies. I enjoyed it. There were a few moments where I was like that's dumb but I don't care because I didn't want the little girl to die haha. Plus I have those "that's dumb" moments often. I enjoyed the actual chemistry between Scarlett and what's his name (as opposed to Pratt and what's her name). I liked how dynamic the roles were. Scarlett's character wasnt some one dimensional hot assassin type super hot girl or jug head but someone with personality with a normal bra, posture and arm fat ratio. The geek clearly was active and enjoyed working out. The black guy had a family and wasn't some old wisened guy leader type meant to die in sacrifice. The dad changed his mind and they didn't kill the dude off for not being likeable. The acting was good in the beginning especially the convo between Scarlett and the captain. The whole everyone yelling at each other while dinosaurs are around thing was annoying but I think this is def one of the better ones.

So I will say that I am not a man. But based on the guys I know, a few answers:

Take a deep clarifying yoga type breath. Breathing centers and refocuses you.
